When it comes to mock surgeries, it's awkward to just pretend. The surgeon needs something tangible to interact with to make the video more believable.

Sometimes we use fake bellies or such but this time one of the nurses got creative and came up with this fake leg and foot!

Like most props, it looks fake by itself. Once surrounded by nurses, the surgeon, & lights, though, it's movie magic!
